Unity is founded by former co-founder of Recharge Fitness, Grant Polson. Grant has a strong passion for making fitness more accessible for everyone . As a former Royal Marine Grant knows first hand the importance of incorporating a walk/ run/ weights session regularly can help considerably when it comes to aiding a positive mental health and wellbeing.
